Planet Pre-Paid use registered Australia Post to deliver SIM card Starter packs and USB Modem Starter Kits.

The cost of delivery, and total cost of your order is displayed prior to final checkout.

Delivery

Planet Pre-Paid will deliver Australia wide.

All packages will be sent via registered Australia Post.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling 1300 765 467 within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of Australia Post need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Australia Post branch for a claim to be filed.

All Postage and handling costs are based on our $15.00 rate for the USB Modem starter kit, and $5.00 for the SIM starter pack.

We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 2 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.

Shipping Address

To prevent fraudulent credit card use, this website requires the credit card billing address to be supplied at point of registration. This information is carried through to the order processing, but we do allow you to enter a separate shipping address, should it be needed.

Once you have made a single purchase on this website, your information is stored for you to log in and proceed with future transactions with fewer steps.
