If your having problems with your Dial-up Planet Pre-Paid service, this page should be able to help you out. Planet Prepaid has an automatic dial-up setup program that will get you surfing right away.

Download our client for windows 95 and up here. Please note, Mac clients will need to setup their connection manually with the dial-up numbers listed below.
